Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and play games on the 0ktk platform, users must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older.
• You must register in a personal capacity — using your own identity and your own funds — not on behalf of another person or as a representative of a third party.
• Registration or use from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

Account Registration

To create a valid account on 0ktk, it is mandatory to provide accurate and verifiable information.

Registration Process

• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and belong to you personally.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password must never be shared with any third party.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, 0ktk may at any time request a photo of the user's National ID (NID) or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on the 0ktk platform:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from the user's own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After successful verification, funds are generally credited promptly.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal timeframe: processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

0ktk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when you take up these benefits:

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.
• The bonus applies only to accounts registering for the first time.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time period, it will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• 0ktk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of 0ktk will be considered final.

Gameplay Rules

All games on 0ktk are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following rules must be followed when playing:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed at the time of game launch.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered as the final proof.
• Playing games using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• 0ktk will not be held responsible for any loss caused by technical issues in the game provider's system.

Sports Betting

You can bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds given before a match starts are subject to change. If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded. The same general terms and conditions apply to betting on any tournament, including BPL, IPL, and T20.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0ktk. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for fraudulent activities, deception, or money laundering.
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• A single user operating multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Spreading false complaints or misleading information against 0ktk.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of illegal betting conspiracy.

Privacy and Data Protection

0ktk places the highest importance on the security of your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep your data protected.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and security verification.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our live chat. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Closure or Suspension by 0ktk

0ktk may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information during verification.
• Failure to meet age or eligibility requirements.

If an account is cancelled due to prohibited activities, the balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Although 0ktk operates as a reliable and secure platform, our liability is limited in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical disruption.
• Loss caused by issues in a third-party game provider's system.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account.
• Any loss caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.

0ktk is not liable under any circumstances for loss of opportunity, indirect, or incidental damages.
